Food waste is a social, economic, and environmental concern on a global scale. Most people don't realize that one-third of the food produced worldwide is wasted. This is a global problem of humanity which we want to find a solution to in our laboratory.
The aim of the research: to create easy-to-produce, large-scale stickers on packages which release volatile compounds with antimicrobial properties to prolong the shelf life, freshness and safety of food.
This invention is a formula that we are ready to pick up for sellers of different types of packaging to spread care for nature everywhere.
